Delivery & Refund Policy: Each piece is made-to-order and packed and handled with care by our team. This ensures that during the shipping process, your art arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery
Prints are shipped in tubes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and we ship Australia-wide. Our orders are shipped within 3-5 days and arrive as determined by Australia Post, with tracking.
Express shipping is available at the checkout for a faster turnaround.
Refunds
Please note that your purchase cannot be refunded if you change your mind. Should you have problems and discover your print or painting is damaged during delivery, please contact Grace with the details and she will organise to replace, repair, or refund your purchase. A photograph of the issue may be required to assess the problem and understand what’s going on.
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable
Packages lost due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer will not be covered by Grace Paleg
